Gina Forster is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor from Columbus, Ohio. She graduated from Miami University with her undergraduate degree in dietetics and The Ohio State University with a graduate degree in Science and Human Nutrition. Ten years into her career working in weight management, Gina made a complete shift to weight-inclusive care. Now she helps people undo years of dieting and the idea that weight determines health.
